Acer's support site does not list your device in it's database. Are you sure you tried the right BIOS for your unit? Can you please pass on the Part Number for you unit to hunt for the appropriate drivers/BIOS? Remove the battery from your unit and if you have access to the CMOS battery, remove it from your unit as well.
HERE IS THE SOLUTION INSIDE 1 MONTH OF FINDING THE SOLUTION BUT NOW I GOT IT..
1. PRESS ESC AND ENTER ALTERNATELY WHEN BOOTING..
2. WHEN GOT THE DESKTOP FUNCTIONING AS HE ENTER WINDOWS https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/conten...oduct/5846?b=1
3. COPY THE BIOS FILE INTO THE WINDOWS DESKTOP AND REPEAT THE FLASH
4. THEN RESTART THE COMPUTER THEN DONE
