Hard Disk Problem

when loading or saving in games i hear a grinding sound coming from the harddisk and the screen hangs for 2 minutes pls help

This drive is definitely done for. As it seems it has a problem with overheating, you might want to make sure that your computer's components don't run at high temperatures (CPU, drives, GPU, etc). If they do, perhaps you need to clean up the PC a bit so that you make sure that it has good airflow.

Hopefully this drive is able to push a bit further until you get the new one. Just as a friendly reminder - backup your data if you haven't done it already. :)

The first thing you should do is to backup any important data which you might have on that drive as soon as possible, just to be on the safe side. After that I'd suggest that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool (or a 3rd party diagnostic tool if you don't know the manufacturer) and run the tests to see what's the situation with the HDD.
Some other things you could try is to connect it to a different SATA port with different cables, or even better - to try it with a different computer, to see if the same issues occur.
