hi my laptop lenovo g510 i5 4200m pro, 500gb hdd, it s boot time is 13 sec ,

Solution
13 seconds boot time with a conventional HDD is very respectable anyway, but an SSD will certainly improve on that, and loading of applications in Windows will be way faster too.

If boot time is your only gripe, how about putting your laptop to sleep at the end of each session instead of shutting it down.

Wake-up from sleep mode is almost instantaneous - I use sleep mode on my desktop PC all the time, only shut it down once in the past two weeks to blast all the dust & crud out of the case.

you are asking a dificult question, its like "my mini cooper does 13 seconds from point a to b, how many time will a ferrari do?"
if you plan to make an SSD upgrade i recommend to do a clean install of the system
i can say that my Toshiba tecra with an SSD and windows 10 have a boot time of about 7 seconds, its not much diference from your HDD boot time, but the responce time will be very different from an HDD
