I see nothing wrong with your temperatures considering your high level of overclock.
The processor will slow down or shut off to prevent damage if it gets too hot.
That point is about 100c.

At idle, I expect any well mounted cooler to be about 10-15c. over ambient.

How is your case cooling?
What case do you have?
Any cooler needs a source of fresh intake air to operate properly.
If you take the case covers off and see a big drop, look to case cooling solutions.
