Hi, when i play more demanding games on my PC like, Just Cause 3, Star Wars Battlefront, battlefield 3,
My PC starts to drop in frames after about 10 minutes. Basically the fps goes down drastically down for about 2 seconds and then goes back to normal, until the fps goes down again every minute or so.

What i think is happening is CPU throttling, i installed MSI Afterburner to see what temps my PC was reaching and the max was 68 °C. The framedrops begin when it reaches about 67 °C. When i take open up my PC case while playing games the temps go down to abut 55 °C and the framedrops STOP.

Also, i have tried going to the BIOS and disabling Cool N Quiet and some other ones too.

PC SPECS:
AMD FX-9590 Water Cooled Kit
Gigabyte Windforce R9 280X Video Card
Kingston HyperX 120GB SSD
Gigabyte GA-990-FXA-UD3 AM3+ Motherboard
XFX Pro 750 Core Edition 750W PSU
16GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866MHz Memory
Western Digital 1TB Black 7200RPM Hard Drive

I would really appreciate some advice or help, thank you.

Solution
Generally speaking, a lot of people have gotten poor results from the stock liquid cooler - something like an H110i is recommended to keep the less cooperative 9590s from throttling.
