I have a problem with choosing a PSU for my build. I have very limited choice because there aren't many reputable brands in my country.

The choices are:

1) Silverstone Strider Essential Bronze 600W (90$)
2) Silverstone Strider Essential Gold 500W (115$)
3) InWin Power Man/GreenMe 650W (90$)
4) InWin Power Man/GreenMe 750W (105$)
5) InWin Commander III 800W (140$)

The CPU is Core i7 6700 and GPU is Zotac GTX1060 Mini (to be OCed).
I am keeping the Commander III as the last resort because it goes over budget (I don't have any part, so I have to pay a lot at once).
I have read reviews about InWin PSUs and they have higher scores than those of Silverstone ones, but they have multi rail setup which I don't know a lot about. So, any help will be much appreciated.

And please, don't recommend other units. These are the only units available that are good enough to be considered without breaking the bank. And no importing.

Other options are low quality Cooler Master or Thermaltake. There are better units by CM, Corsair and Thermaltake, but they are either ridiculously expensive (250$ +) or always out-of-stock.

Another question, has anyone read a review on Zotac GTX1060 Mini? I can't find any, and the only other brand for 1060 is Gigabyte (Gaming G1 430$ vs Zotac 285$, so Gigabyte is a no-no). I might wait a bit for EVGA, but I don't think it will come soon enough or be priced better than Zotac (I am buying the parts in the first week of September)
