It's a Haswell 4670K. I tried 4,4 Ghz and even at 1.29 volts it can't pass the stress testing with IETU, I get the error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and the PC restarts.
If I put it at 1.25v it doens't even boot the windows, but with 1.26v it does. The CPu temperature never hit more than 70C.

Was following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djcI1-ZW8a4&spfreload=5

SPECS:

MB: ASUS Z87-A
RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Vengeance CL10 x2
HD: SSD Samsung 840 250GB SATA III
Graphics: GTX760 DC2 OC 2GB DDR5
PSU: CORSAIR TX-750W V2
Cooler: CPU Corsair H80i
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (3.4GHz)

Solution

Intel's max is 1.3 for 24/7 daily usage, if temperatures fall within spec it's o.k to go slightly over.

Pretty low limit I must say. Overclocking these chips to a high frequency would be difficult.

Yup. Typical BSOD when not enough voltage is applied to the CPU. I get the exact same issue when I try to go past 4.9Ghz with low voltage.

The amount of voltage you have to use is dictated by the quality of the silicone in your CPU. It looks like you got a bad batch.

Pump more voltage into her if temps fall within spec.

there's no problem in going over 1,29v? I read it's recommended to keep it at max 1,29v?

Oh, ok. I'm trying now at 1.9v (meant to say 1.29) with 2v on the processor input voltage.

Ok I was able to have it stable like this for 8 hours: https://postimg.org/image/ehhpkin43/

What would you recommend now? Also, is it really 8 hours essential for a good overclock?
