So my question ..is it bad motherboard compared to other components...? I will not overclock my gpu cpu and ram in future

whats about h170 motherboard...such as ga h170 d3h ...please check that link..but I want to tell u I don't care about extra usb3.0, extra sata 3.0,extra data express,extra pci slot ,realtek alc 1150 hd audio....

You won't experience bottlenecking from the motherboard, no. If those extra features don't matter to you, and you won't be overclocking, then sure go for the cheaper one.

The only bottle necking you would experience from a motherboard is VRM (voltage regulation) throttling, or if you used an unsupported CPU.

As you can see, the Gigabyte board you have chosen has the VRM's heatsinked. This is passive cooling, and the VRM's should not over heat and cause throttling.

I don't know what is vrm throttling....please tell me solution....themastererr....please....so there is possible of bottleneck....so what to do....?

This will not happen with the Gigabyte motherboard. It is cooled passively.
