How Can I Improve my Build?

Hey guys, I got this build, can you guys take a look at it and suggest parts that are better than what I currently have, but the price has to stay at around 950 dollars. It can go over a little, or it can be under 950, but just reasonably around that price.

My Current List:

CPU: i7-4790k

Fan: Hyper 212 EVO

Ram: 4 sticks of 4gb HyperXFury

Storage: WD Black 1TB (or maybe Seagate Barracuda 1TB? Which one is faster)

GPU: EVGA GTX 1060, or maybe the ASUS Strix GTX 1060 depends on the price in my budget

Case: Rosewill Stealth ATX Case

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply


My computer will be an ATX, LGA1150. Can I improve anything?

Switch to liquid cooling so you can actually take advantage of the "K" unlocked CPU you are investing in.

The 1060 is slightly lackluster for the 4790k. A 1070 would be a more appropriate card.

Do not opt for a hard-drive. Get an SSD

I am getting a 500gb SSD and a 1tb HDD, a 1tb SSD is too expensive. Unless that 1tb SSD is cheaper than the SSD and HDD combined.

the 1070 will make my build go over my budget.

the liquid cooling will also make my build go over my budget.
