I'm looking to upgrade my CPU from an AMD FX-8370. Which AMD ones are better.

(Pretty sure my MOBO can only hold AMD chips. Its an ga-78lmt-usb3 MOBO, if not please tell me)

There are none, infact I'm surprised your current cpu runs problem free on that board as the 760g boards usually have throttling issues with the 125w cpus. Any upgrade is going to require a motherboard upgrade and and that point you would want to go Intel for the best performance. If it must be AMD then wait for Zen.

The 9xxx cpus require a 220w tdp motherboard, and there is nothing better about them then your 8370, they just use more power and more heat to overclock to the same level your 8370 could be.

To get better you will need to get out of AMD and go Intel.
This will require a new motherboard, new cpu, new memory if you buy the newest intel line (skylake), and when you change motherbaords you technically need to purchase a new Windows key. Some people have luck registering windows key to their Microsoft account and transferring it, but it is no guarantee.

For gaming build you should get an i5 and even a h110 or b150 board is fine if you do not want to overclock.
For video editing/rendering, 3d modeling, cad, or other CPU intensive task then you would need an i7 or Xeon to perform better then your current 8370.

I have seen it, thanks you! Are they the only parts i would need?

Also this This is my case Will it fit that?

EDIT: Just found where the form factor is. My case is micro ATX. Does that impact the CPU the MOBO can have on it? Or just the MOBO that fits.

It wont fit, that case only supports matx and itx and the gigabyte b7 board is atx. Here's a combo that will fit the case.

Alright, awesome!

So Just to be clear, this will fit my Case and these are the only 3 parts i will require? And will provide better performance?

Do you need to know my other parts to make sure it will fit or is it industry standard?

It will fit the case. If you see a performance difference is going to depend on the situation. The 6500 is a better gaming cpu as it has much stronger single threaded performance, if you see a difference is going to depend on the game and what GPU you are using.
