i have a r9 290x tri-x sapphire and i also have a Orion 585w PSU and my computer is stuttering and lagging, idk if that's a symptoms but i got it recently.
im looking at this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N2KAQLI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER)
is that a good quality one? i know its overkill for the Card but i also wanna future proof my rig

Solution
Orion and Rosewill are both terrible.

A good 650 watt power supply should be more than adequate for your needs.

I recommend the Cooler Master V series, the Corsair RM/RMx/RMi series and the EVGA SuperNOVA G2/GS/P2/T2 series of power supplies.

750 Watt Power Supply (Suggestion)
1 x 8-pin AUX Power Connector
1 x 6-pin AUX Power Connector

CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive for installing software
PCI Express® 2.0 or higher version based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard in order for the card to be compatible with.
