How do you overclock your ram

Solution
Depends on what you mean, when you first install DRAM it will go to the mobos default, from there if the DRAM is rated higher, simply set it higher via XMP, DOCP, EOCP, etc. If talking say 1866 DRAM and wanting to OC it higher than spec, will need to know mobo, CPU and model # of DRAM

Those are some of the built in utilities for reading the SPD of the DRAM and automatically setting up an OC via the XMP profiles in the SPD (XMP (Intel) -eXtreme Memory Profile, DOCP (Asus) - Direct Over Clock Profile, EOCP (GB) - Extended Over Clock Profile)
