Hi there,
I have been having a few issues with booting my pc when it has more than one RAM stick installed. It does boot occasionally but it isn't stable and fails to boot most of the time. I've already tried a few things:
- Reseating The Sticks
- Trying other slots (i have 4 slots and only two 4GB sticks)
- Resting the BIOS (Never touched it anyway)
- Checking for grounds in between the motherboard and case
- Running a Memory Test a few times (No errors)
- Toggling XMP on and off.
If anyone could suggest some other things I could try to solve this that would be great!
MOBO: MSI H97 Guard-Pro
RAM: 2 x G Skill RipJaws X 4GB 1600
Thanks again,
Sam
