No, because computers don't have Video Input ports on them to receive video signals, only to send them.

dood. sending data over to a card isnt difficult. as for the analog end, that can be done, that actually take knowledge of circuits boards, mother boards, passes, transitions and rate. the point was is that i wanted to send OBS data from one computer to the next with out using a pass. and if we couldnt send videothen explain to me how and why it is that obs works in the first place? its all data. thats why i asked.
