You should really provide some more information on the issue you are facing.
Is this an internal (OS one or not) or an external drive? Do you have some data stored on it?
As maugusto suggested, you need to see if the drive is even powering up. Also, you can check if it is recognized by BIOS/Disk Management/Device Manager.
One simple thing you can do for a start of the troubleshooting process is to attach it to another computer with different cables.

I have checked bro and I get to know my motherboard is defected. ...I have take my whole cpu to the nearest computer shop they check my whole system and said there is a problem with motherboard. .......and please can you tell me now which motherboard is best for AMD FX 6300 GHZ PROCESSOR PLEASE help me for this
