What would be the best RAM upgrade for my rig?

I already have a pretty solid system, and am wondering if it would even be noticeable.

Rig:

MOBO: Asus Z97-AR
CPU: i5-4690k
RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance Blue (4X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3
GPU: PNY GTX 980ti 6GB CG Edition
PSU: CORSAIR CXM series CX750M 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE

Hard Drives: Win 10 64-bit OS is on an 850 EVO, games/Steam and Office is on an 850 PRO, other programs are on a 1tb WD Blue, and then a 4tb WD Green for media.

So overall, would this memory be a good upgrade? (32GB Total):
Corsair Vengeance Pro Series Blue 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHZ (PC3 12800)

Also, is there anything else anyone would recommend? Either setting wise or tweaking of the system, and/or hardware purchases or upgrades?

Any friendly tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much in advance!

Are you getting 4 sticks? check if you at least can use 1886 MHz ram and get that i think at least increasing the frequency of the rams should help a bit maybe not much but at least that is if you plan to upgrade anyways
