Mechanical is much better than membrane. 
If you don't like the clicky sound on mech keyboards, don't go for the MX Blues, as they are the clickiest, even though they are my personal favourite for the great tactile feedback they provide.
You'll need to stretch your budget 5 pounds more, but this is a great deal for the price.
