HDMI switch question.

Hello guys, I am trying to improve my setup and am looking for a hdmi switch.
I have found a hdmi switch for cheap but I'm worried that it will decrease the fps or colours.
This is the switch.
Does anybody know if a switch does effect the quality of the image or not.

HDMI switch and HDMI splitter are 2 very different things. An HDMI switch has multiple inputs that can be "switched"....hense the name. An HDMI splitter has a single input and multiple outputs.

A proper HDMI switch won't degrade signal quality at all.

From reading the product description from the page linked to, I wouldn't touch that particular product. It's advertised as a "switch" and "splitter"....and further down the page seems to claim that it can use both multiple inputs and multiple outputs. Seems whoever posted that product description has no idea what the product actually does.
