I want to format my SSD and clean install windows but I have a whole Terabyte of games on my secondary drive and dont want to have to redownload them.

If I clean install my SSD and simply make windows recognize my drive after the install will all the files be accessible or will I have to format that as well.

Any help would be great. Thanks

The files will still be on your secondary drive but might as well not be since windows registry has no info on previously installed programs after a fresh windows install. You might as well format and reinstall everything again.
Maybe someone has additional info that makes my info obsolete?

Are you talking about just files or programs you installed? The files would be there, but any programs will have to be re-installed as in the above post ^

I suggest you unplug the second drive when doing the clean setup on your main drive, will keep you from making a mistake and wiping the wrong drive.
