its an atx 560 yeah i took out all the parts after it and carefully connected every single one properly but the same still happened and also i did try another wall socket and it was no good either

Open the case and look at the power supply. If this was a pre-built system, it's 95% likely it's a cheap unit that should be replaced. Aside from the fact that if you hit the system it shuts off, that can be a loose connection.

Its the one with the same brand as my case since its the on that was built in the case when i bought the pc and the brand is blueberry
Anyway opening the side panel and slapping the psu cover makes it instantly shutdown and unable to turn on untill i do this:
Flip the psu switch to off and wait untill the light on mobo turns off(the psu probably stops the electricity) and then flip the switch back on and only then the pc will be able to turn back on ...
Ps: i checked the price it costs only 17$...

Buy a new power supply, sounds like it's just some cheap box they stuck a label on, one of those power supplies where people are horrified to hear someone is actually using LOL

The computer shutting down will just end up damaging other parts eventually.

This is enough to run your system and is cheap after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033
