Will my pc work with an gtx750ti a i5 - 4460 and a 350W psu?

I have a Medion Akoya p5331 H wich has a i5 - 4460 and a 350W PSU
i have ordered a 750ti but dont know if it will work (the motherboard cant handle high PSU maybe a 450W not sure)

it will work no worries but it can never hurt upgrading your psu to a good quality one.
