So my brother has this REALLY old PC that our parents bought A LONG time ago. So what happened was, was that we went to go down to Calgary for a month. And when we came back, my brother tried to turn on the PC but it wouldn't turn on. We left the computer plugged in to a power source and the PC was shutdown. We took a flashlight and looked through the holes of the PC and low and behold, insane amounts of dust. We will open the computer soon but I want to know if this is the problem or it's because of something else. Thanks!
