Does it real bad in a game called rust. In other games it will usually do it to but not frame lag (no its not my connection). Also mostly the card does not use full load. For instance in bf4 it will use like 80% and jump up and down to 40 and up to 80 while my cpu is at 60%. I don't get why it wont use full gpu load in games when everything is maxed out and just spikes up and down. Im upgraded from a 270x and it would stay at full load mostly. I am using msi afterburner and gpu-z to monitor it all (both same result). My specs is a i5-4690k @4.0ghz, XFX GTR Rx 480 (non black edition, two fans) and a 750w psu.
Just wanting to know why this does this, or if anyone else with a 480 is seeing gpu load spike up and down a lot. Thanks for help.
Edit: just ran a benchmark and it would was at full load, so I assume its just the games?
