Is 35c a good idle temperature for a CPU?

My CPU temperature idles at 35-37 and under load its 57-66. I have stock coolers and I haven't touched my PC since I built it(1 year ago) and also the country I live in is extremely hot but I have my AC turned on.


EDIT: technically not "idle" I meant when browsing facebook and youtube and such

Honestly, don't even worry about idle temps (unless they're stupid high, of course). Load temps are what you should pay attention to. As clutchc said, it would be helpful to know what CPU you're using, but if it's Intel, then your temps are just fine across the board.
