My question is, What are the best rated memory manufacturers and how do they compare to other manufacturers in the market. I do not want any half answered crap, if you say anything like, "well that is subjective" or "Well you need to look at their speeds" you are not helping me, what I want to know is who has a good track record. Do not answer if you don't know, please. Thank you

Your question has no real answer that's not subjective. The DRAM chips themselves are made by companies like Samsung, Micron, SK Hynix and Elpida. Those modules are distributed to companies like GSkill and Corsair who integrate them into the DIMMs you buy. The best DDR4 right now seems to be the latest Samsung ICs. It's found in the latest high speed/low cas GSkill TridentZ line among others. So you might buy high end Corsair or high end GSkill with identical Samsung DRAM modules. My personal opinion is that GSkill is on top right now and their TridentZ line is about as good as you can do.
