I have MSI 1070 for gpu and i5-6600 for cpu. I ran a FURMARK test and my gpu get to %99 load and i got a 100 fpsbut on Crysis3, CsGo it wont get higher than %30 load. But i tested my gpu load in Overwatch and it get go %90 load min in game and at the mainmenu it has %80-75 load and same with the 6 siege. I can get the full performance of my gpu.

The thing is I get max 220 fps with this system in CsGo and sometimes it even goes under 144 and that bad fpr a 144 hz monitor owner, with my old system cpu: i5-4590 gpu: r9 280x and win7pro, I got stabile 300 fps with the same settings I think the problem is win10 :/

http://prntscr.com/cakfcy

here is a screenshot of the all my specs from speccy. I dont understand why my gpu does that i dont think my cpu bottleneck it. I would be very happy if you able to help me.

I wrote something wrong(forgot to say 'not') in my first post, sorry for that:(

compprob237 is right about mhz. You should check your screen and nvidia control panel setting. And let us know about situation of the problem.

If you are not having performance problems with those games when you play then that is an issue. If you are having problems then actually it is good thing that your gpu is working on low load.

EDİT: Miss spelling.

I actually didn't understant what you wanna say :D. Can you be more specific

If you're having performance problems with those games then you do have a problem.

Your GPU not using 100% of it's power is not a problem.

Most of the games you listed will not put your GPU under major stress unless you're using a 4K monitor or 1440p @ 144Hz refresh rate. Basically, if you're using a regular 1080p @ 60Hz monitor you're being limited by the monitor itself. :p

Do not worry about your GPU not running at 100%. Think of it this way, if you're going to lift an empty plastic bag, you would only use a finger as opposed to lifting a plastic bag full of groceries, probably would need your entire hand + force. The 1070 doesn't think that it needs to give more power hence not using its full potential. Heck, even my gtx 1060 runs cs go and the game only can only manage to squeeze 40% max from my gpu. Nothing to worry about mate, have a good day :D

Cheers.

You do know that 220 FPS is basically 220 Hz to the monitor? Since you've got a BenQ that's 144Hz you see absolutely no benefit above 144 FPS. I have a feeling the reason that the GPU is pushing 220 FPS is because of adaptive Vsync and the absolute uselessness of >144 FPS to a 144Hz monitor. Just so you know: 216 FPS == 1.5x the refresh rate of your monitor. 288 FPS == 2x

Hz or Hertz is the number of Cycles per second. FPS is the number of Frames per second. When your monitor is not synchronized with the FPS from the GPU you get tearing. The reason for high refresh rate (Hz) monitors is to allow the GPU to push a higher frame rate and actually benefit from it. I believe there's other reasons but I never looked into them (3D?).

Edit: I confused posts. >_>

The thing i want to say is, it gets under 144 fps it's not stabile and that makes me uncomfortable.
