0XD1 Bug Check Code, changing VTT?

I'm on an 6700K overclocked to 4.6GHz. I noticed that I've been getting blue screens with the code 0xD1. I read online this is caused by RAM overclocks (I have XMP enabled) and this will fix it:

0xD1 = QPI/VTT, increase/decrease as necessary, can also be unstable Ram, raise Ram voltage

Now my question is on my motherboard (Asus Z170A) there's DRAM VTT Voltage and VCCIO. I've read that VCCIO is what QPI/VTT is, but should I try raising the DRAM VTT voltage to see if it'll fix the blue screens? Or changing which one would help out?

Solution
Can try DRAMVTT first up about + 0.05, if no joy, leave it as is and raise the VCCIO about the same. If still problems let me know mobo (good idea to have the latest BIOS) and the model #(s) of the DRAM
