Replacing CPU cooler and after trying to start it is a failure

I have an FX 8320, I had the stock fan on for ages but it started to get noisy because of the heat here. I got the Cryorig H7. After replacing the stock fan and blowing out my pc with LOW pressure from an air compressor my pc won't give a display, and when I plug in anything USB it flickers for a few seconds and then turns off for good. I've switched it out with the stock cooler to no avail. Then I did the motherboard paperclip trick and it was the same.

Some things to note!

-When pulling off cpu cooler every time the cpu came out through the clamp. We checked the pins and none of them seemed bent. Plus there were no missing pins.

-Lights and fans work every time, even when the usbs don't.

- Pc doesn't make beep when turned on anymore.

-Fans are spinning slower than they should. (I just assumed that its not normal for them to be spinning that slow)

-Front power button only works for on, not off.

Lepa 500w ←Yes I know it's cheap. I will understand if that's the problem.

Thank you in advance! Have a great day!

Sounds simple but make sure ALL PSU connections are properly connected also how long have you had the power supply? Also you should consider getting a 80+ Certified PSU from one of the better, more reputable brands such as ECGA/seasonic; it may say 500W which would be enough but with a cheaper power supply that really is irrelevant as to what it can actually provide.

Thank you for the reply :D. I have had the power supply for about a year and a half (give or take). I plan on getting a 750w supernova G1 if I have to replace it. But I want a little bit of a confirmation before I spend $90 on a psu. Thank you!

Did you check all of the connections to motherboard? Not just to see if things are in the correct place, also for things that could be connected to the wrong header.

Yes, I checked all of the possible connections and went on the motherboards website to see what cables go where. They're all in the right place, unless I'm completely blind xD. Thank you again!

I understand this is one of my old posts, but I figured out what the issue was. It was not the motherboard, it was the PSU. I swapped it out with a 750w and BOOM, windows pops up, mobo beeps. All perfect. If you are reading this in the future I suggest testing your mobo connector if you haven't already, there are tons of videos on youtube. Thanks!
