I've tried everything. I've installed all of my drivers from msi live update and reinstalled Windows from scratch. I have used Intels beta graphics driver, msi graphics driver for Intel 530, I've used old versions of graphics drivers from Intel. I have updated bios and adjusted settings in bios to everything possible. I've turned on xmp for memory. I've run on default bios settings. I upped the shared graphics memory in bios to 1024mb. This computer is getting poor benchmarks and can't even run csgo I'm getting 10-20 fps on lowest settings with anti aliasing off. This is absolutely nuts. My build is

Intel i5 6500
4x2 crucial 2400 ram
500 watt corsair psu
Msi b150m pro-vd
120gb sandisk ssd

I need your help guys. I have been considering getting a dedicated gpu but I just won't be able to live with myself knowing I've given up on something that should be working properly. And I'm throwing away money when all I want to do is play counter strike.

Sorry for the annoying post I feel like a huge jackass I just need help

Also what are the chances the processor I have is a lemon?

You definitely should get yourself a graphics card. A gtx 950, or better, would do. Do make sure your temps are not out of control, though, just to be sure.
The hd 530 isn't made for gaming. I once used my hd 4600 for a couple of weeks until my graphics card came, it was hopeless on anything better than half life 2 and counter strike source (wouldn't even attempt csgo), your graphics are only slightly better, which isn't saying much. A dedicated graphics card is the only way to go.
