Hi folks,

I am trying to work out what part of my machine is creating a random shutdown. I am getting closer but need your advice!

I have a DELL T3500, Xeon W3565 Chip, 6 x 2GB DDR, Nvidia Quadro 600.

I have eliminated it being a software problem, as I tried leaving the PC in BIOS mode, and the shutdown persisted. Here is also what I have done (Only mentioning hardware, as I have eliminated software / drivers):

- Changed the PSU to a corsair 650w
- Swapped the memory around, different chips and configurations

So I need to understand please if you would be so kind, what else it could be BESIDES the motherboard? I am happy to purchase a new motherboard, but I am still smarting a bit from having to replace a PSU which wasn't the problem.

Could the graphics card still create a problem in this mode? I'm sure in BIOS the only elements working are the MOBO, the CHIP, the BIOS itself and the GRAPHICS CARD?

Nope, running cool. Done thermal paste renewal and fixed additional fan to heatsink!
