So, after looking at a lot of water cooling threads over the years, it occurs to me that my H100i is not performing as I expect.

Does anyone happen to have specs on the H100i such as flow rate, etc, so that I can hook it into the rad chart, and see wtf is going on?

My 3570k is at 4.2Ghz right now, crushing some X264 work. CPU-Z reports my Core Voltage to be at 1.248V under sustained load. What I don't understand about my current situation, is why my Delta-T in C is > 30 with the h100i set to full tilt.

Rad temp right now is reported at 24.6C, and the Core temps are anywhere from 60C to 67C.

Any clues as to why this may be, why my Delta-T is so high, when all I'm cooling is my CPU, which has a Stock TDP of 77.0W, and an overclocked TDP of 95?

No problem, common misconception in liquid cooling. Delta-T can be used to define the difference in cooling mediums for just about anything that can be used to cool....well, anything. It just depends on what is being defined as the delta mediums for comparison.
