Hello Toms Hardware

I have heard from my friend that this site's forums is very helpful for IT questions and pc builds so I decided to give this a go. I basically need to buy a pc VERY soon as my current one broke down.. Now I think I can still salvage some parts but I'm not quite sure as I'm at work right now and I'd need to check at home and edit this post on my phone... In any case I'm looking for an entire new build. I have no budget whatsoever. I tried installing my new gtx 1070 in my old system and from there it just went downhill and I accidently broke my pc I guess (BIOS related).
The purpose of my system will be: Gaming at 1080p/1440p, I want to have dual monitors, I will be playing very taxing games and it has to be relatively future proof, livestreaming, youtube (so video editing, I would upload 2-3 times a week). Keep in mind the very taxing games please because that's what the pc probably needs to be centered around, and also good enough for livestreaming and youtube ofcourse. The games are like GTA V, Witcher 3, and other taxing ones that people use benchmarks on to test their GPU's.
So now that you know that theres no budget and the purpose of the system, I would also like a system that is black and red themed... my last pc was randomly put together because that was my first time building a pc ever so I wasn't that picky, now I want to be pickier. :)
So black and red, would appreciate and like red LEDS.
So if you guys are willing, help a fellow green IT enthousiast out. :)
I will most likely ask many questions in this thread so be prepared and patient please.
Let's fill in the blanks :)

CPU:?
CPU cooler: ?
Motherboard: ?
RAM:
Storage:
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card (I bought this GPU already for my previous system that didn't work. I just hope the card actually works and isn't DOA... also is this GPU good
enough for my needs? Also keep in mind I bought 1070 as a temporary solution, down the line in 1 or 2 years I will buy a single GPU but I'm waiting for a goo TI card to come up and blow up performance charts like the 1000 series did.
Case: ?
Case LED fans?
PSU: ?
OS: I'm guessing windows 10 here, my favourite is 7 but there are performance gains when going to win 10 I heard along with dx12 compatibility so just for future proofing sake win 10 for me I think.
Wireless Network adaptor: I use a USB network stick right now but I think an adaptor would be better.. Also can I disable this if the stick ends up being better? I know I know, wireless! NO! But this is only a temporary solution for 6 months until I move to my new place.
Monitors (2): ?
Sound Card: Is this needed for good surround sound?

Let me know if you want to know the parts I do have still from my last pc setup, maybe I can reuse some parts.

If you guys end up helping me I will be really grateful. :)
Thank you in advance, and let's make a cool gaming system together! :)

The GTX 1070 should be fine. I'd go for the M.2 512GB 950 Pro. It is very fast. You can re-use your power supply, no problem there. I don't know why you're looking at a E-ATX Full tower case. Do you want a full size E-ATX motherboard? They run about $500 or more. The NZXT Noctis 450 seems like a better option and it has a lot of space. It has an adjustable LED lighting system and you can still use the 140mm corsair fans on the top fan locations.

Anyways I'd still get the 2TB HDD and transfer the data from the two 1TB drives to the new 2TB one. That's what I would personally do, I just like having less drives in my...

Hmm Thank you for all the quick answers. I have a few questions, 1 what is your reasoning for going z170 route and not the x99? I saw too many 6700k vs 5820k reviews and opinions of people to be sure now... Also don't forget I want good performance but also needs to stay in my color scheme right?
I went on pcpartpicker too and in the mean time while waiting for a response I made my own little build real quick. Here's what I got so far:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (is it worth having M.2 ssd for the OS to run on perhaps? Is there much difference?)
HDD: I have 2x 1T HDD at home and I'm going to try and use them in the new system too, they are from samsung and were good at the time.
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card (owned)
Case: Corsair 780T ATX Full Tower Case
PSU: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (owned)
OS: Win 10 Home 64 bit
Wireless Network Adaptor: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter

Still not sure on which cpu cooler and case, as you can see from the parts I'm trying to stick to a theme here and get good performance, I'm kind of shocked however, I thought a single gtx 1070 could handle 2 monitors to play a game on 1 monitor and on the other (which wont be used for gaming just for youtube, music, livestream and chat, editing programs and whatnot)
I do like those case fans! Look nice for what I'm going for, also has anyone got a sound card and did you notice much difference between mb sound and sound card sound?
Also will 2 SSD's and 2 HDD's suffice with this system and the 850W provided?

Anyways I'd still get the 2TB HDD and transfer the data from the two 1TB drives to the new 2TB one. That's what I would personally do, I just like having less drives in my computer. Less noise and heat. Yes I have a sound blaster Audigy sound card and it is MUCH better than the integrated sound. It's like night and day.

The 6700K has very strong single core performance. The 5820k I wouldn't recommend. You would have to buy a more expensive motherboard, quad channel RAM and a better cooler. Most games won't even use more than 4 cores, so it's more effective to have 4 (theoretical/hyperthreaded 8) stronger cores instead of 6 (12 HT) weaker cores. The 5820K is a energy hog and will only perform a little better in applications that can use a lot of cores, like rendering and video editing.

If you don't like the 212X cooler the MasterAir Maker 8 is a better option for higher overclocking, and it even has red LED fans.

I'd also stick with the 2800 RAM since it's the highest speed you can get running at 1.2 Volts.
Anything higher at 1.35V and you risk damaging the CPU.
