Buzing Noise on my PSU

I have a cooler master v650 semi modular 80+ gold PSU. From time to time be it on load or not, I hear this buzzing noise from the PSU, after a few minutes it would appear again. This also happens even when the CPU is off and the socket is still plugged.

Coil whine, it should go away after a while.

Coil whine can happen when the psu is off, it is coil whine.

You PSU is not faulty but coolermaster could replace your PSU because of coil whine.

It rarely stays for good, it usually goes away after a while.
