Issues With New Graphics Card, PCI Enumeration Error

I am having a problem trying to replace my GTX 760 with an AMD R9 Fury X. When I replaced the card the PC failed to post, additionally I was unable to use the back2bios button to get into the BIOS. In both cases the monitor failed to ever receive a signal. I removed the Fury X and put the GTX 760 back into the system and this time the system posted and I was able to get into the BIOS. After again switching the Fury X into the PC it again failed to post.

This time I noticed that the motherboard was listing error code 51 on the readout. According to the DX79TO's manual, error codes 50-52 indicate a "PCI enumeration, allocation, hot plug" error. My technical knowledge is nowhere near understanding what this means or how to fix it.

I am hoping that someone may have a solution, but I am not holding out much hope. My own research on this has turned up very, very little.

In the event that it might help, this is the rest of my system.
Motherboard: Intel DX79TO
CPU: Intel i7-3960X
RAM: 16 Gb Crucial Ballistix Sport
PSU: 650 watt Antec 80+ Bronze
HDD: Seagate 1Tb Barracuda
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250 Gb (not in use)

Any help at all is appreciated!

Solution
1| Make sure your BIOS is up to date.
2| How old is your PSU? You do realize that the TDP and power draw of the Fury X is higher than the GTX760 thus with lack of power can be why you're seeing no display. Borrow a branded, higher wattage(750W) PSU from your friend and try it with your Fury X.
3| If the issue is yet around, you may want to breadboard and see if the issue persists with the new(borrowed) PSU.

OP here, I actually solved this a while ago and forgot to update the thread.
I was finally able to solve the problem by switching back to the GTX 760 so I could update the motherboard BIOS. After updating the BIOS it worked perfectly, and the Fury X has been a champ ever since.

My recommendation Nick_152 would be to check for a BIOS update on the motherboard. In the event that is not the solution I would refer to Lutfij's post on what to do next.
