Hi
I am using a program called videopad to edit some large video files together.
At first when I exported the project videopad was using the part of my cpu that was idle so my cpu was always maxed out but nothing on my pc was laggy.
While it was exporting I played some games on steam and I guess videopad lowered its cpu usage to accommodate for it because my games were using the other part of it.
After I exited all my programs (except videopad) the cpu usage would not go back up. My total cpu usage was at 30 or 40% and at that rate it would take days to finish exporting.
Any ideas on how to make it use the extra headroom? Is it supposed to do this or is it a bug?
Thanks in advance!
