Need a info on low budget monitor

Hello , i am on a very tight budget for my monitor - Rs.6000 ( 90$) it would be awesome if i could get a monitor that isn't full hd and if it is a vga monitor how do i connect it to a dvi port?

Preferably from Amazon.in

If i had to get that one , my graphics card doesn't have a vga port. So i would need to get an adapter to convert it ?

would i be able to just use my hdmi cable with my graphics card and monitor and just plug and play ?

Awesome man thanks alot that looks good , Just a question since i have no knowledge about these kinds of things but if i was to get a monitor with say a d-sub cable with it then i what adapter would i need to buy to convert it into something that would fit a DVI or hdmi graphics card?
