Is my cpu bottlenecking my gpu?

Hi recently bought a gtx 960 and I added it to my office pc for games on bf4 I get around 45-30 fps my cpu is an amd a10 7800 and the gpu load is a 50% when playing is this normal?

Yes. More than likely a bottle-neck. Is the CPU usage at 100% during bf4?

Have you checked your cpu temps using amd overdrive? Just to make sure you're not thermal throttling. Have you made sure to clean out any previous video drivers and done a fresh reinstall of the latest nvidia drivers for the 960?
