Hi I recently bought a gtx 960 and when I try running bf4 I get 30-45fps even on medium settings my cpu is and amd a10 7800 and I have 8gb ddr3 ram. Also when I look at the gpuload it's only at 30-50% is this normal for the 960 or is this a bottleneck
