Sapphire Rx 470 nitro 4gig is around 180 quid it's good performer especially in dx12 and Vulcan (better than 970)so is quite future proof.

the rx 470 nitro, well i've got one and it's really good can get over 60 fps on high settings in most games and on ultra can 50-60 fps
