Is this a good build for gta V on high 40-60fps, and also are there any bottlenecks?

Well, ok is there any bottlenecks? Im kinda weirded out because like an hour ago i was watching a guy with almost the same parts,( besides the ram, it was g skills ) and he achieved an average about 50 fps constant in gta v on high, with anti aliasing turned off. Thanks for the answer btw...

You could get some 2800Mhz memory but that is really uneccassery and wouldn't add an adequate amount to performance. Also more than 8GB isn't really neccesarry for gaming; at the moment.

Instead of an EVGA 600b go for one of the following PSUs

Corsair CXM450/550 or Vengeance 550
Super Flower Golden Green (HX) 450/550
Super Flower Platinum King 550
XFX TS or PRO or CORE 450
Seasonic S12II-520 or M12II
Seasonic G 450
EVGA Supernova B2 or G2 550
Antec High Current Gamer (HCG) or Edge (edg) or Truepower Classic with 400w+
CoolerMaster VS (Vanguard S)

All of these are so so much better than the 600b in just any category (performance, quality, durability)

But the corsair cxm is tier 4 which is bad, and the other ones are not available in my country...

The new CXM models mentioned above have DC-DC converters now for added stability and reliability. DC-DC also have polymer capacitors which will last a lot longer than the previous wet electrolytic capacitors that were used in the other older CXM models, that's two very big improvements on this new CWT platform.
