I have a GTX960 and an 860k. The 860k has been overclocked on BOTH systems and the only difference between the two computers hardware-wise is that the GTX960 in my computer is MSI 2GB as oppose to the Zotac 2GB in the other. The odd thing is when me and my brother hop onto GTA Online he runs the game at about 40-50FPS where as I run it at about 20 to 30. The only in game settings difference is that I run it at 1080p where as he plays at 900p. Before you say the problem lies in the resolution difference I can safely say that isn't the case as I decided to dip to 900p to test, no FPS difference.
