Yes, I know what the error means. But if I can't access the control panel from my internal display, then how do set up optimus? I seriously doubt it will just work without any configuration..
I'm currently on Windows 7 on a Thinkpad W520. The eGPU is connected through the expresscard slot, and is being powered by my 24-pin 250W PSU.
When I check my control panel, the GTX 960 is visible, so I'm completely lost as to what the problem is, here.
