Laptop maximum Ram memory size

Hi,


I'm gonna Study IT this year on school and for smootly programming i want extend my laptop's ram memory from 4gb to 8gb or maybe 16gb if its supports, And my question Would my laptop
support 16gb? cuz i searched my CPU its says it can support max 32GB memory, And about my motherboard didn't find anything about the support's or ram.

HP Probook 650- G1 Specs

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Intel Core i5 4210M @ 2.60GHZ

DDR3L Samsung m471b5173qh0-yk0 4,00GB ram

Motherbord: Hewlett-Packard 1993 (U3E1)

Maximum RAM is 2x8gb (16gb total), DDR 3L PC3L-12800, SODIMM. Make sure you get them in the same set/pair for maximum performance & compatibility.

"Maximized dual-channel performance requires SODIMMs of the same size and speed in both memory slots."
