Hello everyone, I'd like to know if my Corsair 450W PSU is okay to use with the following build:

i5-3340 3.1 GHz
Asus R9 280X
ASRock B75 Pro3-M
2x4 G.Skill Ripjaws X

Absolutely not. "Corsair 450W" means you probably picked the cheap-ass vs or cs units, which won't be able to handle the 280X properly.

Also, unless you can get the CPU, mobo, and memory for less than $150, don't bother with it, you can get better for less.

For a budget build, I always recommend the Seasonic S12II 520W, it's more than enough power for most builds and very high quality and reliability. Only $55 or so too.
