Almost every time I post a comment on YouTube, it does not show up. If I open the video in another browser or log out of my account, my comment isn't there. I can only see the comment when I am logged in. Is Google filtering my ip address? I was able to post one comment today, but I tried posting a second one and it didn't show up. About 95% of my comments seem to be ghosted.
