Hi guys. How may I boot and install win 10 on a Rampage 5 edition 10. I have a Intel 750 1.2 Tb U.2 SSD. Do I have to do something on bios to get ti to boot on NVMe or just select it in bios. I didn't got to run the mobo yet as I`m waiting my new PSU. If anyone can explain me or point me the right direction please.
Thank you.

It should detect automatically in the BIOS as you have U.2 slot available.

If it's not auto-detected, you may have to configure the U.2 port (which will be an option under 'onboard devices' or similar) to run at the appropriate x4 speed.

As long as it's detected in the BIOS, you should be fine.

Windows 10 has the ability to boot from U.2 (and M.2) devices natively - something that Windows 7 (and maybe even 8/8.1) lacked.
