Video and Audio Stuttering, How to Fix?

Hi, I have recently been having issues with my GT 610, it is stuttering and the experience while playing games is absolutely horrible. I narrowed it down to my GPU because when I switched back to Intel HD, the stuttering was gone (even though the framerates were even worse) I tested again for confirmation by watching a Youtube video in 60 FPS, and the results were positive, however the audio was behind, I am not sure if I didn't notice this before due to the video stuttering audio side-effects, or if this is GPU related (Intel HD is too slow to run 1080P 60FPS videos with audio - I am aware that Youtube compression makes the quality much lower, and thus, the overall load on the system is lower, but the power of Intel HD is unacceptable) This didn't previously happen, and I can't seem to recall any system changes besides overclocking (tried underclocking even below stock speeds and still received stuttering) I'll admit, it was a pretty big overclock, but I only overclocked till my system was stable and assumed it was okay (this might have damaged the chip, and caused the stuttering). I am fairly sure it can't be a CPU bottleneck (I am using a G2030 3 GHz dual core w/o hyperthreading, and the GT610 doesn't seem fast enough to bottleneck - as I have seen in games, the utilisation is usually around 50% while gaming) It could (even though I doubt this is the problem, or if it can even cause stuttering itself) be the PSU unit, it is 320 watts, but forces the PC to shutdown if I overvolt the CPU, and might have suffered wattage degradation - which would still have to be a lot, since my system is generally quite efficient. My audio also randomly stops working, and I have to delete drivers to recover functionality. I looked at LatencyMon while this was happening and said that there were some(s) drivers taking too long to process. And that certain process(s) is probably stopped every time I delete the software. Thanks guys.

Solution
The GT610 is barely suitable for basic Windows work and would struggle with HD.

320watt PSU is probably a low quality unit and can't hack the extra volts needed for stable overclock.

Time for PSU/GPU upgrade !
