New Build Computer running but no display or beeps

Hi guys,
I recently finished building my first pc, but after all I have no beep and nothing on my monitor. Everything is connected and I try lots of things but nothing works. My monitor is plugged in and working well, all my fan spin, my motherboard light up. I try to remove the RAM and try to put one in each location at a time, I try to remove the GPU and directly connect my monitor to my motherboard and I have my motherboard speaker plug and no beeps.

System Specs:
Processor - Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Mobo - MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Ram - G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card

HI, Try starting the board with only 24 and 8 pin power cables connected and CPU and CPU fan installed. No other components.
See if the CPU fan does spin and if any beeps.

Then it might be a board, or CPU issue.

Hi,
I brought my motherboard to a repair shop and they tested the two together and worked and I came back with them, I install them and it does not work. I have to D0 error on my motherbord that displays

Yes, he was working at the shop and I have not disassembled it, I connect it outside the case and it worked but after l have just installed in my case he wasnt working anymore and gave me the D0 code

Is the 8 pin power cable connected to the motherboard?

Yes the CPU cable is connected

Then I suggest removing the board again and checking if each standoff in the case does match a board screw hole.

Yes they all match and i have removing the board and try it outside of the case and i have the same error

Yes. I can't see the RAMs. What code getting if removing all RAM modules and starting the board?

Yeah the RAM is in but when i pull it out i have the same error code

Not sure what's wrong, so try taking them back to the repair shop.
