Overclocking a Phenom II x4 965, crashes when I add voltage

Whenever I add voltage to my cpu I get an error whenever I reboot, the error looks like this https://imgur.com/a/Ykeve, I have tried adding minimal voltage but it just crashes. I get a stable 3.9ghz but I would like to get more anyone know why this is happening? Could a bios flash fix this?

May need a bigger voltage jump to OC further. Not a great mobo for OCing, check on a BIOS update, it might help some

funny thing is I haven't even touched the voltage just the overclock, I'm running at stock voltage on the cpu :/

Try adding + 0.10 to CPU voltage or vCore

Mobo or CPU may not be up to it, as mentioned the mobo isn'ta good one to OC with - did you check for the BIOS update?

yeah i updated the bios, id imagine it would be able to overvolt at least a little bit :/
