Hello,
I came here hoping to find some help about my first gaming build because I ran into many problems regarding pricing because I live in a small country in EU and therefore PC parts being up to 40% more expensive than in the US on sites like newegg and amazon.

Now as the RX 480 came out I decided it's a good time to finally put toghether something that I could play some decent games on, I decided to go with the latest Skylake Intel CPUs.
I have a budget of 1000€ ($1120) and I came short for quite a bit.

So here's what I came up with:

I put the prices as they are in the shops in my country

Now what I want to know is it possible to wear down the price down to $1120 without dowgrading too much like getting a smaller SSD, cheaper motherboard ect. Also I don't know much about PSUs and why some manufacturers are bad/good so I would like a reccomendiation on one which would fit my build and budget.
About the GPU, I listed the cheapest RX 480 I could find in the shops, but it turns out it has the same price as the GTX 1060, so should I get one or another?

I plan to overclock when it will be necessary. The Box version of the i5 6600k was that much more expensive as the CM Hyper 212 EVO so I went with the tray version and chose this aftermarked cooler.

I would go without an SSD completely but I heard it makes huge difference in responsivness and Windows speed so if possible I would take one.

I haven't found almost any shops in EU that ship to Croatia and have a decent price, so if anyone knows any I would prefer to buy over because it would very likely bring down the price of the whole build allowing it to fit my budget.

There might be quite a bit of confusion with this thread because english is not my first language and I might have expressed something in a weird/confusing way.

Solution
If you want to save money my first suggestion would be to skip the 6600k + Z170 in favor of a 6500 + H170 and use the stock cooler. For gaming overclocking doesn't make a huge difference as compared to cutting the SSD out of the budget which would be noticeable.
